Products offered by Printperity are custom-made based on customer requirements. While we strive for accuracy, colors and design previews shown on our website may slightly differ from the final printed products due to screen resolutions and printing limitations. We reserve the right to decline any order that includes offensive, illegal, or copyrighted material without authorization.
All orders must be paid in full at the time of purchase. Payments are processed securely through third-party payment gateways. Prices displayed on our website may change without prior notice. Delivery times are estimated and may vary due to courier delays or other unforeseen circumstances. We are not responsible for incorrect shipping addresses provided by customers, and shipping charges (if applicable) will be shown during checkout.
Since all our products are custom printed, returns or exchanges are only accepted if the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect due to our error. In such cases, you must notify us within 7 days of delivery by emailing printperity@gmail.com with your order details and relevant images. If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days. Cancellations are only possible before the product enters the production process.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that they own the rights to any designs, text, or images submitted for printing, and Printperity will not be liable for legal disputes arising from unauthorized or copyrighted content provided by customers.
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services. Our maximum liability is limited to the value of the product purchased. Customer data and personal information are handled according to our Privacy Policy, and we never share details with third parties except as required to process and deliver orders.
